4. Return Request Process

5. Pickup & Shipping for Returns

  • For eligible returns, reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available

  • In locations where pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product

  • Return shipping costs:

    • Free for damaged, defective, or wrong products

    • Customer-borne for non-defective returns (if approved)

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

6. Inspection & Approval
